Yes, admission to Er. Perumal Manimekalai College of Engineering is currently open. The college offers only BTech, MTech, MCA, and MBA courses. Admission to the BTech, MCA/ MBA, and MTech courses is mainly based on the rank obtained in TNEA counseling, TANCET exam, and GATE exam, respectively. To be eligible for the course, candidates need to have a minimum of 45% in previous qualifications in a relevant stream from any recognised institute. Although registrations for these exams are closed now, the applications for admission under the management quota are currently open.

Food quality at hostel mess, Er Perumal Manimekalai College Of Engineering

 The food quality in Hostel mess is generally considered good. College itself provides vegetarian food, there are many canteens and mess where the students can have their meals. The hostel mess has also lightings in the kitchen to follow sterilization and hygienic cooking to meet the dietary requirements of students.

Er. PMC Perumal Manimekalai College of engineering offers an extensive list of extracurricular and clubs to help in the overall grooming of students. The NSS, NCC, Youth Red Cross are there. It has technical and professional clubs too as well like robotics club, renewable energy club, Society of Automotive Engineers.

The college is recognised by Anna University, AICTE approved and have NAAC A Grade for quality education. It has a lot of specialisations in trending areas such as Computer Science, ECE and Mechanical Engineering. Apart from the lab facilities that are pretty cool, faculty members are very experienced and also it includes placement training. It is located near many industrial areas, thus there are numerous opportunities for internships and jobs.

The course B.E./B.Tech is mainly opted at Er. Perumal Manimekalai College of Engineering as it has solid academic strategy, industry aligned syllabus and various streams available.
