Yes out of 2657 students who responded to alumni survey of the ETH ZUrich 97.2% reported that they are working full time. 4.6% reported that they arent working currently but they were employed for past 3 years. Only 2.7% reported they have been unemployed for past 3 years/not in a job role currently either.

The ETH courses that have taken first place in the Subject rankings are Earth and Marine Science, Geology and Geophysics. As per data, Indian students choose to go for programs in STEM with a great focus on Data and Business analytics.

As per the ETH Zurich stats on the official site, in total there are 29,198 students attending this institution currently.

They come from around 120 countries. This can be considered a really good number as the Indian students get the global exposure as well as the support of a large international community. 

Indian students generally choose to go for courses in STEM at ETH Zurich.

For English-taught programs at ETH Zurich, international students would need to submit their English test scores. IELTS can be taken and other than this exam, TOEFL scores can also be submitted. Given below are the minimum scores you would need for the same -

  • IELTS: 7 and above 
  • TOEFL: 100 and above

Along with an English test score, international students would also require an Entrance test like the GRE with a good score.

Yes, ETH Zurich acceptance rate is 25% to 27% for international students, which makes it competitive. This means out of every 100 students, only 25 to 27 students secured admission at ETH Zurich. Indian students can apply via eApply for both UG and PG program.

Yes, ETH Zurich have an application fee for international students. International students are required to pay CHF 150 (INR 17.4 K) per degree programme applied for at ETH Zurich. This application fee is non-refundable, meaning, once the application fee is paid it can not be refunded ever if the students withdraws their application.
