Placements: The placements have been good. They have placed students in the well-reputed companies such as Amazon, Centolon, etc. They need to surely work on their placements, to make sure that students are even more happy and satisfied with the placements they get. If they improve their placements, it will be better.
Infrastructure: The classrooms are a bit old, and we will need to be changed soon. The benches are broken, and fans don't work properly in the classrooms. Dear,
Both the courses have their own specialisations in their own field. It all depends upon on your interest area whether you want to become an event manager or do B.Com. Set your goals and achieve them.

If you are looking to make your career in event managing than I would suggest you going for a degree course in event management as by getting a specialised degree in that, the chances of getting in the field would be more as the preference would be given accordingly. But you have one more option. First, for Bachelors you can pursue degree in mass communication and then for Masters go for a specialised degree course in event management. The Bachelors in mass communication/event management is for 3 years. Masters in mass communication/event management is for 2 years. So it is all your choice. Don't get confused. Both are good options.

Dear Udit,
You can do B.Com with event management side by side but I think you must concentrate on your goal and build your interest area, whatever you want to become, you should go in that particular field.
Good Luck.

You have not shared to which institution you wish to go for this course. There are a number of colleges and universities in India in different region and states. On the basis of Bachelors or Degree in any stream, you can do a Post Graduation in Mass Communication or Media Studies domain.
