Then a zillion man hours of slogging and running around getting things in order. Good contact with vendors associated with it (sounds, lights, decor, flower, props etc. ). Mostly, you will get a credit from the vendors if you are in good terms with them but that depends on how good your terms are with them. So, investment required is minimal but then if you don't get credit, the investment portion is pretty huge to bear.
