Hi Vruddhi!
After the MBA programme, Graduates have two options- start up own company/venture or join an event management firm. Qualified event management professionals are in demand these days and are recruited by event management companies big and small. The starting salary can range anywhere between 3-5 Lacs and it will of course rise with the time and experience.
