1. HSC (10+2) years of education and working in Media or Event Management Company with a minimum experience of two year.
2. Graduate from any stream from a recognized university and working in Media or Event Management Company with a minimum experience of 6 months.
Proficiency of Basic English is a must.

The event management course in iLEAD is for 3 months and the criteria for getting a certificate is the successful completion of the course and scoring the passing marks in the examination at the end of the course.

It totally depends on your interests. Event management requires a lot of creativity along with the physical labour as well, but with a keen interest in the field, you won't feel much burdened ever.
