Exam centers for CUET are allocated based on the preferences a candidate make during the registration process. A candidate need to select two exam cities within the state of permanent or present address during registration. The NTA tries to allot the preferred city, but availability plays a role. If there are very few candidates in a chosen city, the NTA might merge centers or allocate a different city within the same state for logistical reasons.
However, once the admit card is issued, the exam center allocation cannot be changed.

IIT Bombay usually doesn't make any arrangements like baggage counters. So, it is a good idea for candidates not be bring any unnecessary stuff with them to the exam centre. Also, if the candidate has any doubts, he or she must go through the exam-day guidelines published by exam officials to check if any special arrangements are being made. Since it is unlikely that there will be a baggage counter, the candidate can not afford to bring valuable items and leave it unattended outside the exam hall. It is because if any valuable item is lost, IIT Bombay will not take any responsibility.

As per instructions given on the admission portal, the candidate is not allowed to leave the exam hall until the exam is over. So, if you are planning to leave the exam hall even before the exam is over, you need to junk them now.
Once the exam is over, the invigilator will collect the answer sheets and complete any other formalities that may be there. Once the process is over, the candidate can come out of the exam hall.
