No, you cannot use a digital copy of your MP Patwari admit card at the exam centre. You are not allowed to the exam if you do not have the original admit card. It is advised, to keep the original MP Patwari admit card. 

No, it is not possible to change the MP Patwari exam center after release of the admit card. The exam center is alloted based on the choices selected by the candidate.

The MP Patwari exam reporting time depends on the shift and the exam center. The exam is held in two shifts- 9:00 AM and 2:30 PM. Candidates are advised to arrive at the center at least 1 hour before the exam start time. To make sure of having time for verification and other formalities.

APSCHE tries its best to allot the centre in the city of candidate's preference however, in case the city is not as per candidate's feasibililty, they are suggested to contact the helpline in advance to get it changed but the chances for the change in the exam city or centre is very slim.

No, there is no such facility provided by the exam body. Once the RIE CEE admit card is released, the exam pattern cannot be changed. It is to be noted that NCERT will try its best to allot the centre in the city of their preference. In case the city is not as per their preference, they are suggested to contact the NCERT Helpline in advance to get the city changed. However, NCERT will not change the exam city or centre under any circumstances.
