The JKSET/ LASET exam determines a candidate's eligibility for the Assistant Professor post in the universities and colleges of J&K and Ladakh. The State Eligibility Test (SET) is conducted for the Union Territories (UTs) of Jammu & Kashmir (JKSET) and Ladakh (LASET).
The JKSET/LASET 2025 exam will be held soon. Earlier, the JKSET 2025 exam was scheduled to be held on May 11, 2025. However, the exam was postponed due to the prevailing situation. What is JK SET?
Jammu & Kashmir State Eligibility Test (JK SET)/ Ladakh State Eligibility Test (LASET) is a state-level exam conducted to determine the eligibility of candidates for the post of Assistant Professor in universities and colleges of the Union Territories of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh. Candidates need to fulfill the JKSET eligibility criteria in terms of educational qualification to be eligible to apply for the exam. Have a look at the JKSET educational qualification below:
