No. The authorities will not provide any waiting area at the WBJEE centre for the parents or friends that accompany the candidates during the examination. The guardians are advised to drop off the candidates at the centre and to come back after the examination concludes. This will avoid overcrowding at the centre. However, they can stay outside the examination centre during the examination. The guardians are requested to not overcrowd the centre and to maintain order and safety.

No, the candidates will not be allowed to carry a water bottle or eatables inside the WBJEE exam centre. Except the WBJEE admit card and identity proof, the authorites will not allow any other items inside the exam centre. Any other items will be confiscated by the authorities. Any other necessary items such as water and more will be provided by the authorities. No electronic items will be allowed inside the centre.

The authorities will release the details regarding the allotted exam centre through the WBJEE admit card. Once the admit card is downloaded, the address and other important information about the allotted WBJEE exam centre will be available on the admit card. The address present in the exam centre has to be checked carefully since the candidates will have to be present on time on the examination date. Candidates are advised to visit the venue a day before the examination to know the directions and area.

In case candidates do not have anyone to accompany them to WBJEE exam centre, they can request WBJEE exam centre authorities to deposit personal belongings for test duration. In case you lose any belongings, authorities will not take any responsibility. Therefore, candidates are advised not to bring any expensive item to examination centre. In case candidates have any expensive items, they are advised to leave it with their parents/guardians.

Candidates will be able to select their choice of WBJEE exam centres online while filling out the application form. During the form filling process, the candidates will have to select and submit three preferred WBJEE exam zones. The selection of the zones have to be done in the order of preference. The authorities will allot WBJEE exam centres as per the candidate's preference and the corresponding availability. In case the candidate's first preference is not available, then the second choice will be considered.

No. The authorities do not allow calculators inside the WBJEE exam centre. As per the WBJEE exam guidelines, any type of electronic device will be strictly prohibited at the examination centre. Candidates are advised to be careful since they will be disqualified if they are caught with any prohibited item. No eatables and drinks will be allowed inside the examination centre. Before reporting at the examination centre, the candidates are advised to check the official examination guidelines.

Candidates are required to bring a valid photo ID proof and a coloured printout of their DCET 2025 admit card when arriving at the exam centre. Acceptable photo ID proofs include Aadhaar Card, voter ID, PAN Card, driver's license, or passport. Among these options, Aadhaar Card and Voter ID are considered the most reliable photo ID proofs for Indian citizens. If this situation arises, you have the option to download and obtain a printed copy of the DCET admit card from a nearby internet cafe. The candidates who fail to take a printed copy of their admit cards will not be granted permission to enter the DCET exam hall or permitted to attend the exam. The DCET admit card is a important document containing essential exam-related information, and candidates must ensure they carry it along with a valid photo ID proof to the exam centre.

No. The candidates will not be able to choose their exam centre during the BITSAT slot booking process. The authorities will announce the test centre allotment separately for each session. Candidates will have to log in using the required credentials to check their alloted BTISAT exam centres. The allotment of exam centres will be done as per the preferences submitted in the BITSAT application form. Candidates will be able to selected the preferred exam date and time in their respective exam centres during the slot booking process.
