No, the candidates are not allowed to choose any preferred SSC JE exam centre as it iss allotted by the SSC (Staff Selection Commission) on the basis of availability of the exam centre and preferences made in the application form by the candidates. The centre allotment is based on following criterias:

• Preference of the exam city made by the candidates: The SSC tries it best to allot exam centre in the city preffered by the candidates. The exam centre can be allotted in any city that was chosen by the candidates
• Availability of SSC JE Exam Centre: There are slight chances that exam city might be allotted to the candidate due to over crowding at those centres. 

The exam centre details for the SSC JE exam will be mentioned in the SSC JE admit card. The candidates can download the admit card from the official website of the Staff Selection Commission (SSC). using registration number and date of birth. However, the candidates can also check their exam cities before the release of the SSC JE admit card through SSC JE city intimation status. The candidates have to follow the steps  given below to check the SSC JE city intimation slip:

• Go to the official website
• Click on the SSC JE City Status link
• The login window will appear on the screen
• Fill out the login credentials: registration number anda dateof birth
• The exam city alloted to the candidates will appear on the screen

Note: The exact exam centre will be mentioned in the SSC JE admit card, the application status only confirms about the exam city. The candidates do not misunderstood the application status with the hall ticket/admit card.

No, the SSC JE exam centre cannot be changed after it is allotted. Therefore the candidates are advised to choose the exam centre carefully as it cannot be changed after the submission of the application form. The candidates filling out the SSC JE application form must keep following criterias in mind before choosing the exam centres:

• The distance of the exam city from your location as it will be best for the candidates to choose the nearest exam city for the exam. It will easier to travel and save a lot of time.
• Transportation: The candidates must check the transportation to the exam city before choosing the SSC JE exam centre to avoid in mis hap while travelling to the exam city. 

The official notification reads, "No request for change of Centre of Examination will be considered later under any circumstances. Hence, the candidates should select the centers, carefully."  

No, there will be no arrangement for depositing personal belongings such as bags and valuables at the SNAP exam centre. Candidates must not carry any bag or valuables on the exam day. Or they should be accompanied by a guardian/friend who can look after their belongings while they appear for the test.

On the SNAP exam day, candidates are required to carry only two copies of their admit card, a photo ID proof, passport size photo and a blue/black ball point pen. They need not carry any other item as nothing apart from these items will be allowed inside the exam venue. Candidates must check the instructions related to this in the SNAP admit card for the latest guidelines.

At the SNAP exam centre, a candidate will be allowed to carry only certain items. Since the exam is held under CCTV vigilance, candidates must not try to sneak in any document or item which is not authorized by the exam authorities or mentioned in the exam day instruction guide. There is no provision to change the exam centre once the SNAP application form has been submitted. Candidates have to appear for the test only at that exam centre which is mentioned on the SNAP admit card. Therefore, to ensure that you don't get a faraway exam centre, select the test cities in the SNAP application form carefully. Select your home city or current city as the first preference as the examination authorities strive to allotted exam centres to candidates in the first city of choice.

In order to avoid any inconvenience on the exam day, candidates must check the location of the SNAP exam centre mentioned in their admit card at least a day before the exam. Knowing the distance and mode of transport will help candidates make the travel plan on the exam day in such a way that they reach the test centre on time.

No, only the original printout of the SNAP admit card will be accepted at the exam centre. No other form of admit card is considered valid for identification of the candidate as it has to be signed and stamped by the invigilator. So, only hard copies of the SNAP admit card is acceptable. Make sure you carry two copies of the SNAP admit card to the exam centre. 

After downloading your SNAP admit card form the official website, take a colour print out of the same in A4 size sheet. Affix a recent passport size photo (preferably the one uploaded with the SNAP application form). Do not sign or mark any part of the SNAP admit card beforehand otherwise, it will be treated as invalid.

It is crucial to be aware that particular policies and procedures may change if a student misses an internal exam at SRM Medical College Hospital and Research Centre. If a student missed the initial internal exam for a legitimate reason, the college may in some situations give a make-up exam. Illness, medical emergencies, or other unforeseeable reasons could all constitute appropriate justifications. The student must promptly notify the proper authorities of their absence and present the necessary paperwork or other proof. If the student doesn't have a legitimate excuse for skipping the internal exam or fails to provide enough justification, the college may award zero marks or apply a penalty.
