Yes, students after completing their study from YCMOU can apply for UPSC CSE exam. YCMOU degree is valid and approved by UGC. The college or university does not matter when applying for UPSC CSE as long as they fulfil the eligibility criteria set by the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) for CSE. Students need to complete a minimum of bachelor's degree to apply for UPSC CSE. The university offers BA, BSc, BCom, etc. at the UG level.

Yes, candidates who have completed an MA in Hindi are eligible to apply for UGC NET irrespective of the discipline in which they have completed their Bachelor’s degree. They must have secured at least 55% in MA Hindi and should have completed the course from a recognised institute. Candidates wanting to take the entrance exam must be Class 12 or equivalent exam pass from a recognised board. In addition, students should have studied English as a subject in the qualifying exam. The eligibility criteria also has an upper limit. Thus, only the students who are at least 22 years old as of Jul 1 of the admission year are eligible to apply for the entrance examination.
