Well, certain courses do allow you to appear for a TS PGECET entrance exam in case you have completed MCA and wish to do an M.Tech. The eligibility criteria for TS PGECET include:
1. Educational Qualification: Applicants must hold a Bachelor or Master degree in a related field or subject area. Based on the completion of MCA, you can do your Master of Technology in computer Science or computer Science related fields.

You do not qualify based on eligibility criteria of the AFCAT exam. So you cannot apply for the same. For applying to the AFCAT exam, the minimum percentage of marks in 12th with Physics and Mathematics as mandatory subjects is 50%. You should have a graduation degree from a recognised university for the Ground Duty branch with at least 60% marks. Your qualification being only a BA, in subjects not required for your interest, you do not meet this criterion. Yes, as a third-year Bachelor of Commerce student, you are eligible to take the B.Ed CET exam in Maharashtra.
