No, B tech Graduates are not eligible for the UGC NET Exam. Eligibility Criteria: Students who have secured at least 55 percent marks in a Master's Degree or equivalent examination from universities or institutions recognised by UGC in Humanities and Social Science, Computer Science, Applications, Electronic Science, etc. Are eligible for the NET exam. The OBC belonging to non-creamy layer, SC, ST, and PWD category students who have secured at least 50 percent marks in a Master's degree or equivalent examination are eligible for the NET exam. The Ph.D. degree holders whose Master's level examination had been completed by September 19th

1- Junior Research Fellow (JRF): 31 years
2- Assistant Professor (Andhra Pradesh): No upper age limit. Age Relaxation For UGC NET 2023:
1- Candidates pursuing LL. M. degree: 3 years
2- Ex-Army man: 5 years
3- SC, ST, and OBC-non-creamy layer, Female, and Transgender: 5 years
4- Research candidates (only on producing the Certificate issued by appropriate authority): 5 years

BS-4 Years, M.Sc. BE/B.Tech, Integrated BSMS B.Pharma MBBS or an Equivalent Degree. For General and OBC candidates, 55 percent marks are needed, and for SC, ST, and PWD candidates, a minimum of 50 percent marks are needed. A Student must be an Indian citizen. Age: For JRF, the students must be not more than 28 years as of July 1, 2022. Relaxation in age limit for CSIR NET:
For SC, ST, PWD, and Female: 5 years
For OBC: 3 years. There is no upper age limit for Assistant Professorship or Lectureship. I hope this will help you.
