BCA even in top colleges. So, just find a university which suits your budget then take admission in it. The general eligibility criteria requires a candidate to score at least 45% in +2, which in your case is 65% then you are very much eligible for BCA. If you want to learn programming languages which you will be studying in your BCA course then you can check out this app which is specially designed and developed for BCA students. It has programs and assignments of languages like C, C+ and Java with their outputs. You'll be studying these languages in your 3 years of BCA.

Prepare on your own. Don't rely on any coaching institute, instead get a good internet connection and start studying online. This will be the best way to study and get the most out of your time. What you need is to focus your class 12th books Basics. NCERT textbooks are the best for IIT preparation. Just go through the books very thoroughly and then finally give lots of mock tests etc. To get a nice practice.

JEE Mains and board exam preparations can be done simultaneously, but it will be a bit tough. Get your basic concepts right. Follow NCERT textbooks and revise regularly. After class 12th, it shouldn't be too hard. The questions in JEE Mains is purely based on NCERT. You may enrol into a coaching centre to learn shortcuts and time-saving tricks which are generally not mentioned in the books.

YOUR SCORE IS VERY LOW AS PER THIS YEARS RESULT. TOP COLLEGES REQUIRE MORE THEN THE MARKS. YOU WILL NEED SOME EXTRA MARKS FOR THE SLECETION TO THE DESIRED COLLEGE IN DESIRED COURSE. PLUS YOU WILL NEED TO HAVE A GOOD BACKGROUND OF STUDIES FOR GETTING SELECTED INTO TOP INSTITUTE DURING PI ROUND. SO GETTING A SEAT IN NOT THAT EASY. You can check the individual requirements such as GRE TOEFL etc. On the links itself. https://studyabroad.shiksha.com/ms-in-abroad-dc11509
Narrow down your choice based on your budget, university admission requirements, your profile, location and climate preference etc. In terms of post study work options Australia and Canada are better.
