Hi Raj. The state level screening examination is conducted in all State/UTs on first Sunday of November except in Nagaland, Andaman and Nicobar Island, Meghalaya and Mizoram where it will be conducted on first Saturday of November every year until and unless some special circumstances occur. Your reading score is too low. I would highly recommend you take the exam again, there are some illegal colleges and agencies offering admission, but they are trap. Retake the exam and apply with your best score, get atleast 6 individual and 6.5 overall.

Amity University, Mumbai is great for B.Tech in Computer Science Engineering. The Eligibility is:
12th PCM - min 60%
If you have given a state/national exam, you submit the score online on Amity University Website. Or
If you have not given any test, there is Amity JEE Test which you have to clear get the admission. The fee per semester for B.Tech CSE is 1.11Lakhs. You can look at your course on the website mentioned below:
