Yes, you can give improvement exam for theory papers. You have to go to the nearest CBSE office or try filling online application. I think it is the time when you can apply. As class 12 results are declared. Yes, you can do from NIOS also. Regards.

Yes, in B.K. Birla you can get admission directly, by paying donation amount. Now a days, they call it development fees.

The entrance exam syllabus of all the colleges are almost same. The syllabus is depend on the course you are going to choose. For BPA, your syllabus of entrance exam will consist of four sections :
1. General Maths
2. Logical reasoning
3. English
4. General Knowledge

Dear, your rank is really low. I will suggest you to take direct admission in top private colleges because you are not able to get admission in good private or govt. college through this rank.

To appear for the test, you need a minimum 75% in PCM / PCB. If you have less than that you might not be eligible, I am afraid.
