AAT (Architecture Aptitude Test) is an entrance exam for admission to IIT-Kharagpur and IIT-Roorkee. Candidates desiring to join the B.Arch programme available at both these IITs must appear in AAT. Only those candidates who have qualified in JEE Advanced are eligible to appear in AAT in 2019. The Joint Implementation Committee of JEE Advanced 2019 will decide the cut-off marks for passing AAT. Candidates securing marks above the cut-off will be declared PASS in the test. There is no separate ranking in the AAT. There is no separate cut-off for students of any category. No, there is no chance. After applying via OBC quota and home state quota also you are not eligible for the expected college and the desired branch. Since your rank is too high for admission in IIIT-D, you must secure a general category rank under 20000 then through OBC category and home state quota you have a chance.
