According to JEE Main rank in the range of 72000, general category will be unable to get a seat in CSE in high level NITs (such as Trichy, Warangal or Surathkal). But you stand good odds in CSE/IT in new NITs like NIT Agartala, NIT Arunachal Pradesh, NIT Mizoram, NIT Nagaland, NIT Sikkim, NIT Manipur, NIT Puducherry and NIT Srinagar, especially when you can get a home-state quota or a reserved category. Also, Government Funded Technical Institutes (GFTIs) such as Shri Mata Vaishno Devi University, Katra; Assam University, Silchar and Tezpur University (in certain courses with respect to the CSE discipline) are also quite probable. With 83 percentile and a 3270 ST category rank, your chances of getting a Civil Engineering seat at a government NIT or IIIT are fair, particularly in later rounds or in institutes located in the North-Eastern regions or newer NITs. You might not get the most popular campuses, but Civil branches are often available as they have slightly lower competition compared to CS or ECE. Keep your choice filling broad and do not hesitate to include spot round options.

PES University in Bangalore usually admits students through its own entrance exam (PESSAT) or through high scores in JEE Main. With a 40 percentile in JEE Main, admission through merit quota would be difficult. However, PES also offers admission through management quota, especially if you are willing to bear a higher fee, which could range between rupees six Lacs to ten Lacs per year depending on the branch. You can also attempt PESSAT to improve your chances.

With a JEE Main rank of 13 lakh, chances of admission through JoSAA counselling are very slim. However, you can still get admission into private colleges, particularly through direct admission or management quota. Colleges affiliated with state universities, or private deemed universities with open admissions, often offer CSE seats if you're willing to explore Tier 3 cities or pay a slightly higher fee. Keep an eye out for colleges that accept board marks or conduct their own entrance tests for such branches.

Having 89-91 percentile of JEE Main, the general category is not expected to get CSE in best NITs (such as Trichy, warangal). Nonetheless, you are a good candidate to CSE/IT in some of the newer NITs (e.g. NIT Agartala, NIT Puducherry, NIT Mizoram, NIT Nagaland, NIT Sikkim, NIT Manipur, NIT Arunachal Pradesh, NIT Silchar, NIT Jalandhar, NIT Durgapur), or other disciplines in mid-tier NITs.Where Nirma University is considered, the overall all-India cut-off is normally going to be better, say around 96-97 percentile in the case of CSE. But, in case you have a home state quota (Gujarat), your prospects in Nirma in CSE is high, because hom

Yes, you are eligible to register for JoSAA counselling even if you are not eligible for JEE Advanced. Your 31 percentile and 30,000 rank in ST category allow you to participate in JoSAA, although the chances of getting top NITs may be low. You may have a better chance in NITs from the North-East or in less competitive branches. Make sure to list all available options during choice filling and consider state-level options too.

Indeed, Class 10th academic year 2025 is currently open to admission in most of the boards, as well as the schools of India, although the exact schedule will vary by the board and nature of the school. In the case of CBSE schools, the procedure of getting registered to the 2025-26 board exams generally starts in September-October 2025. In case of NIOS (National Institute of Open Schooling), the October/ November series of the current year exams, the final deadline of the admissions usually fall in late July of the following year without late fee, but there will always be options to take late fee open in the month of August as well. Indeed, as you have a 92 percentile in JEE Main it is fairly good option to be admitted to B.Tech Chemical Engineering. Maybe getting a seat in high-level NITs, such as Trichy or Warangal, will be quite a challenge to you in General category, but here you can consider mid-level NITs (e.g., NIT Durgapur, NIT Hamirpur, NIT Srinagar) or GFTIs (Government Funded Technical Institutes). Depending on your category (OBC/SC/ST/EWS), home state quota and overall cutoffs of 2025 depending on which year keep changing each year. It is recommendable to take an active part in JoSAA and CSAB counselling rounds and also take into account admission to s

Candidates typically need a score above 600 or a percentile above 85, according to some MBA entrance exam resources, to get admission.
They also accept other entrance exams like CAT and CET.

There is no specific MAT Cutoff for Sankalp Business School.

To be eligible for the MBA programme at Sankalp Business School, candidates must have a bachelor's degree with at least 50% marks (or 45% for reserved categories) and qualify in an entrance exam like MAT, CAT, or CET.
