I have got a call from FMS BHU but I am confused that I should apply for paid seat option or normal. What is the difference between them?

The difference is nil. The paid seats are alotted only when the regular seats are occupied fully. The students opting for the paid seat have to pay higher fee amount.

I don't see any reason why one should not be deemed eligible.

I scored 77% marks in 10th, 85% in 12th and 60% in UG degree and will surely score 90 percentile. Can I get a chance to enter in FMS?

You will have to score above 99.5%ile to stand a chance of getting into FMS.

You would require a high percentile in CAT (99.5+) and a decent GD-PI-Extempore to have a good chance.

FMS does not take admission through, it is only via CAT.

Yes, you are eligible, however, you would need to perform exceptionally well in CAT, GD, PI and Extempore.
