You can apply for CAT. If you score very good marks (above 95%), you may get admission in Iims. If you are interested to study abroad then prepare for GRE/IELTS/TOEFL.

No not necessarily. Even college drop outs are allowed. The interview and test is what one need to crack for getting into Google.

You can apply for MBA from FMS based on your CAT score. NMAT score is not accepted by FMS.

Yes.
The minimum eligibility criteria is that the student should have passed in UG with at least 60%. Completing B.Tech in 5 years may cause problem during PI but if the candidate is able to convince the panel it won't cause problem. Some of the Iims such as IIM Ahmedabad gives more emphasis on academic performance. So for IIM A if the marks in 10th, 12th and Graduation are less, then the candidate might not get a call despite scoring 99.99 percentile. The CAT cutoff for Old IIMs and FMS remains more than 99 percentile for general category. However, it may vary depending upon the academic diversity, gender diversity and work experience.
