The situation test is carrying 20% weightage in selection. So performing well in situation test can be the deciding factor in selection of a candidate. NIFT situation test is conducted to test the various skills of the candidates. Specific parameters are scrutinized through this test. Further, the test is conducted offline for two hours duration for the testing of following aspects.

5. Finesse of the model

Preparation tips:
1. Candidates must start by practicing with various models at home.
2. Candidates must improve their observational skills.
3. Candidates must follow the previous years' questions to gain some knowledge.
4. Candidates must use various fabrics or materials while working on the model for experiments and widening the diversity. Situation test pattern: Students will be given a topic on the spot and asked to make a 3D creative working model and explain the working and making of it. The NIFT situation test question paper will provide you with the details about which 3D model is supposed to be created and by what items. Everything will be directed and mentioned on the question paper. Along with the NIFT situation test questions, students will be provided with a box filled with the items supposed to be used for making the model. NIFT situation test example : Design a 3-D toy for 8-10-year-old kids to encourage them to study Maths Science and Arts.

The Delhi Skill and Entrepreneurship University (DSEU) offers a Diploma in Fashion Designing course after Class 10th.
