Hi,
No, it isn't. If you have done training from some reputed institute and your skills are worthwhile then Bachelor degree isn't vital. But, it's always recommended to have a Bachelor's degree to be on the safe side.

Firstly, you have to fill the entrance exam form, then you have to pass it. After that, the university will give you the list of colleges in which you are eligible for admissions according to your Mark's.

Hi Sai,
Certificates are generally different than diplomas - first these are short term courses (sometimes hourly) and also because they are given out to students who have passed a particular course of study not necessarily related to high school graduation requirements.
Diploma programs offer a more in-depth curriculum than a certificate, they are for a longer period depending on the course. But they are not at par with the degree.
Now coming to FTI Hyderabad - Certificate course is for 60 hours whereas Diploma is a 3 months course in Acting course.
