Yes, there is a Bachelor's degree for drama and arts. National School of Drama in Delhi is a very good college providing the course.

Performing Theatre Art is a practical training you get white doing the course. You cannot learn acting / performance through distance learning mode. So, no - distance learning course is not available.

It all Depends from where you are going to do the course. Since you have not mentioned the college and also about your last academics. FTTI is a Government Body and is the best. FTTI, Pune - They offer 3 years Post Graduate Diploma in Cinematography. Fees for 1 year including Hostel - 120000/- approximately. Eligibility: Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university or equivalent (The candidates who have not received their graduation degree before the application date are required to submit the same before the date of admission).
