B.Sc Food Technology is a three year full time undergraduate degree programme that deals with the study of food techniques, activities included in the processing, preserving and manufacturing of food. To pursue this course, you should have completed 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and Mathematics as subjects

I feel that even though your rank is reasonable, it perhaps not sufficient for admission in a government college since preference of most students is government college as first choice. For admission to B.Sc. Food Technology in Andhra Pradesh, the selection process is based on the candidate's performance in Andhra Pradesh EAMCET (Engineering, Agriculture and Medical Common Entrance Test) and also should have scored good marks in 12th . To be eligible to pursue a B.Tech. in Food Technology at MIT ADT Pune - Art Design & Technology University, a candidate must have obtained at least 45% of the attainable points on their 12th grade exam or any other qualifying exam from the scientific stream. Although the cutoff scores change from year to year, I suggest that in order to be guaranteed admission, a student should have at least 80% overall in 12th grade.
