Riga Technical University (RTU) takes an active part in the EU youth exchange program Erasmus and has links involving over 300 institutions across Europe and beyond. Note: You can only participate in an Erasmus exchange, if your home institutions has a bilateral agreement with Riga Technical University. Good luck.

GRE is usually required by top ranked public university in Canada. It is also true that lower ranked universities might not ask for GRE or even if they do, they usually waive it. Colleges like George Brown College, Seneca- Toronto do not ask for GRE.

All holders of a Masters degree (orDiplme d'Ingnieur) are eligible to apply for admission onto a doctoral degree, although each university is free to set its own criteria and make assessments on an individual basis. Hi, Your grades are good enough. If you manage to get a very good GMAT score, you should try applying to the top business schools in these countries. You may refer to any ranking leagues and find the university ranks and top ones. The National University of Singapore, University of Melbourne, HEC Paris, INSEAD, Kellogg Business School, Chicago Booth are some of the recommendations. Remember though your overall application package has to be outstanding and don't just rely on your grades to sail you through.

Hi Rahis Khan, It is partially true for some universities in Germany. Most of the public universities and undergraduate courses in Germany are free of cost and equally very competitive to secure admission. This is not true in case of France, they may offer free education to its domestic students but not to international students. Overall, its not too highly priced. France has some very world-renowned schools for hotel management as compared to Germany like the ESH Paris Hotel School, International Hospitality Management School Vatel, etc. In Germany, you can see SRH Hotel-Akademie, Dresden.
