If you can manage your time then you can because CA requires a lot of time commitment for its course module. Some students are opting for this type of combination.

Definitely, it holds more importance. You can pursue through SOL, but also it will depend on what you do after that.

Regular B.Com is always better than correspondence. There after you can pursue M.Com from DU regularly through entrance test. January to June, DU conducts entrance test every year. You need to score more than 60% in B.Com.

No, doing this will only validate your degree, as according to governments new rules, doing distance courses is a little bit difficult, as the government is shutting down these type of courses.

It's always best to go for a regular degree (as compared to a correspondence course) whenever the option is available. Let's look at your dilemma in two parts for a holistic reasoning: (I) Whether to opt for getting a Bachelor's degree at all? (ii) Regular vs. Correspondence

You should do private B.Com, if you are preparing for CA, as it need lot of self-study. So, doing regular CA is worthless, as you will waste your time and energy in attending lectures. I will not suggest you to drop 1 year of articleship for regular B.Com, as B.Com can simultaneously be done while preparing for CA as most of the syllabus is common.

Yes, you are. Your LL.B matters most for this exam. As for B.Com, it doesn't affect your eligibility. Whether you did this through correspondence or distance, it is valid as long as the institute is approved by UGC.
