The MAT 2026 May session registrations have started for admission to the MBA course. For the PBT mode, the registration deadline is May 25, 2026, with the exam scheduled for May 31, 2026. For the CBT mode, the last date to register is Jun 8, 2026, for the exam taking place on Jun 14, 2026.
A few more updates are given below:
- The CUET UG 2026 registration portal is now closed for admission to several UG courses. The CUET exam 2026 will be conducted from May 11 to May 31, 2026.
- The CUET PG 2026 results have been released for admission to various PG-level courses. The counselling schedule will be out soon.

(IT), or an equivalent degree. Alternatively, candidates who have completed any graduation degree (e.g., B.E., B.Tech., B.Sc., B.Com., B.A., B.Voc., etc.) with Mathematics at either the 10+2 level or at the graduation level are also eligible. Additionally, the candidate should have obtained at least 50% marks in the qualifying examination. However, candidates belonging to the SC/ST category must have secured a minimum of 45% marks in the qualifying examination. |

No, the CUET PG exam is not compulsory to get admission into the MBA course at the Institute of Management Education. Because for admission to the MBA course at the Institute of Management Education, the institute accepts the scores of other entrance exams, such as the MAT, etc. Therefore, CUET PG can be taken into account for admission to the MBA course at IME. However, it is not compulsory.
