Hi,
Part-time MBA is something for a person who wants to pursue it along with his job and has much of experience. So if you are working with some firm you can surely choose part-time MBA as an option but if you are a fresher then why not try out for a full-time MBA course. For a fresher, to do a part-time MBA might not add as much value as to what a full time might add up.

It varies from situation to situation. But regular is more valuable than correspondence.

Have you done your B.Com as a regular course? If yes, then you are definitely eligible to do an MBA in a regular mode. If not. Then you need to check which colleges accept Distance mode Graduation. Your M.Com degree will hardly make a difference in choosing an MBA, it will just add to your CV. Between have you applied for any colleges yet? Have you given any entrance exams?

You can opt for it but remember, don't divert yourself from your aim because you want to achieve a lot in one go.
