Yes, almost all the colleges give admission, you should only have the eligibility criteria in UG i.e. 60% marks.

Since you have so much of work experience, I would suggest you to go for executive MBA from a good reputed college. It is of just one year so you wont even spend too much time and you can compete with people with the same caliber of yours which will eventually help you learn better. Good Luck!

MBA through distance learning is created specifically for professionals with work experience. Yes, it is. PGDM and MBA are just two terminologies with the same meaning. When you do from an institute its called PGDM and when you do it from a university its called MBA. No difference. Even if you do it from IIM you get a PGDM degree because its an institute.
