Students who obtain their graduation degree from distance education and those who obtain their graduation degree from regular college, both are treated on the same footing if graduation is the criteria for getting a seat for MBA. No, you cannot continue with seconf year. You must have to take the fresh admission. But in case you have dropped from 1st year of IGNOU itself, in that case you can continue with second No two Bachelor or master's degrees cannot be done simultaneously at the Same time.
