Yes, you can do the regular LLB on the basis of your distance Bachelor degree, if the University is recognized by UGC DEB.

On the basis of your distance Bachelor degree, You are eligible for pursuing regular LL.B. Course if you have done your Bachelor degree from a recognised University. The distance LL.B. Is not valid as per BCI guidelines. So you have to approach to your nearby Universities/ Colleges for regular LL.B.

All UGC DEB recognized distance degree certificates are valid for regular LL.B. Admission. So, you can do regular LLB on the basis of your distance degree.

Hello Prabhat Kumar, you are saying that you got the job based on your Diploma and now you are doing your graduation in engineering simultaneously. Right? Based on this your query is this legal or not. Correct? You are doing your job and also attending classes to complete your engineering graduation course? How you are achieving this? For that you can try b school like FMS Delhi, KJ Somaiya, PUMBA, DMS University of Hyderabad, Ambedkar University Delhi, DFS DU, University School of Management IP, DMS various central universities, UBS Punjab University etc. But they require high CAT score and tough to get admission. You can also try central Universities and state universities in Odissa. Best wishes.

Yes, A graduate student either through regular or distance can do a regular MBA. But they must have to meet minimum eligibility criteria.
