Genetic engineering eligibility:
The basic eligibility criteria for a graduation degree (BE/B.Tech) is 10+2 or equivalent examination, with biology, chemistry and mathematics as well as genetics as part of the biology.
A Bachelor's degree in science or molecular biology.
You also need to have maths for genetic engineering.

Hello,
To get admission in one of the best colleges in India, you have to qualify NEET examination. I hope you have or will qualify the exam. To get all the details and tips to crack NEET exam, visit:

For getting admission in IISC for Bachelors in research, you have to qualify NEET and also, you have to score at least 60% marks in the 12th exam with main subjects as biology, physics and chemistry. Students appearing in 2017 are also eligible for this but they have to qualify NEET exam.
Category wise percentage: 60% (GN), 54% (OBC-NCL), 30% (SC/ST/PWD).
