If you are asking for UG courses then the college does not provide any engineering courses in genetics. It has biology course in which one of the subjects is genetics. Check for a detailed list of courses at the link provided below:

Hello sir/maam,
It is possible to opt for genetic engineering or biotechnology courses without having Maths in class 12th. You should have Physics, Chemistry and Biology with decent marks to get enrolled for undergraduate course in biotechnology. Genetic engineering doesn't involve a lot of Math in it. However, when you pursue engineering, there will be some common subjects where you have to deal with math too. But, the core subjects will be related to biology and chemistry. If your question is about getting into the field itself, then I don't think that not having a Math background will be a problem at any point.

Hello Shrinivas,
Generic engineering is one of the demanded courses at SRM Chennai. So if you have a rank below 5000, you can get a seat. All the best!
