Eligibility Criteria / Entry Requirements: B.Sc. (Hons.)/B.Sc. under at least 10+2+3 pattern securing a minimum of 50% marks in the aggregate in Science subjects (considering all the three years of B.Sc. Course). The subject in which admission is sought must be a Hons. subject at B.Sc. (Hons.) level/subject studied in all the three parts at Graduate level. However, for admission to M.Sc. in Geography/Geography a candidate must also have offered Chemistry as one of the subjects at the graduate level.

Yes, you can pursue M.Sc Physics after completing B.Tech. I have known a few cases like that. In fact, a person who has scored very well and can clear the NET JEST or exams alike can even directly pursue Ph.D. To pursue M.Sc-Physics, you need only a graduation degree in relevant subject.

Hello Tribeni, The admission process for admissions to UG, PG and other courses has opened in DU. Its in online mode only. I am attaching a link that will give you all the required information about admission. There are some eligibility criteria that you need to follow in order to appear for UGC NET examination. The candidates can apply for the subject in which they have completed their post graduation degree. Thus you can not apply for the Geography subject. No. Only B.Tech and M.Sc. Are eligible. As u study only about geography. Out side. But B.Tech and M.Sc. Will study deeply.
