Firstly, you have to give an entrance exam CUET UG for the admission purpose and after that all the colleges will their cutoffs and you can select course and college accordingly.

Clinical Breas Examination (CBE) test is the physical examination of chest done by the medical health care workers to check for any lump or any other changes. Physical test is done to check out the over all physical health of a person. Medical test include several other test like blood examination to check for the proper physiology of body inside. If you want to do M.Sc in geography then you must not only have keen interest in geography for your future studies but also the basic knowledge of your subject, related topics, syllabus covered in B.Sc Geography. Otherwise, without any previous knowledge doing M.Sc. In such subject is totally meaningless.

Candidate must have obtained 45% marks in the subject or related subject at the previous qualifying examination. Or 55% marks in the subject or related subject at the previous qualifying examination. Or 50% marks in aggregate when the candidate has not studied the subject in his/her previous qualifying examination provided all other clauses are satisfied. EWS:-73.42%-72.95% (2seats)
SC/ST :-71.62%-69.58 % (6 Seats)
BCA/BCB:-73.13-69.56% (11 Seats)

That is not possible. You can take B.A. With economics and geography. Option of Economics in B.Sc. Is not available. B.A. Subject combination must be selected in such way that one have atleast 1 or 2 of these subjects ( History, Geography, Economics, Political Science). It is considered to be best subject combination if have any two of these subjects.
