Hi Amit,
As for eligibility, you need to be a graduate in relevant subjects from a recognized university in India. You would need to write an IELTS exam and possible also a GRE as most universities require the same.
Also, since it is a rather niche course, I would recommend you to check whether it is offered in English or not. If not, you would also need to clear German Language Exams.

Yes, geology is a good option after Class 12. Since this field has not been explored by many people, you will have more job prospects and most importantly you will get an option to travel. Pursuing a BSc in Geology can open doors to many options for you. For instance, you can opt for further studies like a Master's or even a Doctorate in Geology.

Hi Kirti,

Rocks, planets, mountains, volcanoes, earthquakes, all the natural events that create or destroy land, earth's crust, and continents. Environmental science deals with the environment. The air, plant, organisms and the relationships they have together.
Earth science is the overall classification (anything to do with the planet we occupy) ie geology, climate, environmental hydro-logical cycles etc, whereas environmental science could be seen as a branch of that as it deals mainly with climate, biodiversity ecology etc.
