Hello Prasad,
Backlogs is the bane of many Indian students. Normally speaking students with backlogs have less chance of getting admission in an institute abroad. This is so since there are plenty if students with excellent academic records knocking at the doors for admission. But it is no bar. Many students with backlogs have indeed obtained admission. I would therefore advise you to approach an agency dealing with sending students abroad or specifically to Germany. There are many nuances in the process & only specialised agencies are aware of it.
Best wishes.

Hello Aashik,
Yes, you are reasonably right. Majority of the institutions in Germany expect you to be fluent in German language and hence the language of teaching invariably is German. Hi,
If you speak English fluently, then learning German words is often not as big of a problem as for most other languages. The basic most frequent 200 words are mostly cognates with English. Once you know a base set of words it becomes easier to learn new words because German likes to compound nouns.

Hi, Diplomas are generally not accepted, but you can check with the universities, firstly and get your credentials evaluated. Check DAAD and Anabin. Most UG programs are taught in German language, so I doubt if you will get as many options.
