If you opt for a course taught in German language, then obviously, your language proficiency comes into the picture. The university will even ask for a TestDaF Zertifikat. Unfortunately, most of the courses are offered in Deutsch as the locals would very rarely go for English learning.

I feel, learning a new language is an added advantage and there are no drawbacks if you learn Germany language, it will help whenever it is required.

Hello Muskaan,
It's indeed great to know your desire to start the German language course simultaneously with your BA. But perhaps this is not feasible. Two courses in a regular college is a strict no. However, you can learn this language from any of the language schools or Max Muller if available in your city.
