Hi, Eligibility: In order to pursue a Bachelor's degree in any foreign language, the candidate must have cleared the higher secondary school certificate or 10+2 from a recognised board. Yes, you have to learn the German language because they will ask you to show the proof of your fluency in the German language. They may tell you to take German language proficiency test.
