To secure a seat at a German University students are required to satisfy the requirements below:

  • Attested copies of mark sheets of Standard X, XII and the UG degree (if applicable)
  • At least, two Academic LORs from professors who have taught you most recently.
  • If you have work experience then two LORs from the employer/manager who knows you well and can comment on your professional abilities
  • GRE or Statement of Purpose
  • Resume

Applying to Friedrich Alexander University Erlangen-Nuremberg is different from applying to other universities in Germany as:
1. We need German Language Profeciency test qualification for most of the exams.

2.We may require an aptitude test for admission to certain programs as it focuses on the academic excellence.

3. The university has a significant international student population, with 12% of its intake as international students.

4.It requires highschool academic transcripts.

5.The cost involved in the studies is very less.
