KIET Group of Institutions offers a two-year M.Tech programme in CSE. Admission to MTech is based on GATE or CUET-PG scores of the candidates. Those who have completed BE/ BTech or equivalent degree in Computer Science & Engineering/ Information Technology or MSc (Computer Science/ Information Technology) or MCA from a recognised institution wih at least 60% aggregate (55% aggregate for SC/ ST) can apply for MTech.

Yes, in the year 2022, a total of 276 fee waivers have been awarded to the students. The details are as follows:
- Merit Scholarships: The toppers of the class across both semesters (without carryover/ clear pass on first attempt) are awarded for the upcoming year. INR 12,000 is offered to te first-position student and INR 6,000 is offered to the one in the second position.
- Scheme to encourage students to excel in university exams: Students of BTech and BPharm from first till third year with 85% aggregate are awarded INR 500 and for each per cent aggregate above 85% are given INR 200/- extra in addition to INR 500. Similarly, student
