If you are planning for an MBA and willing to switch your job, for now, I would say that the offer is worth a try. Working with one of India's retail giants will definitely add points on your resume and even your prior work experience will be an added advantage. As per last few years' percentiles, GIM requires CAT percentile to be at least 85. Similarly for MICA, it is higher.

Hey Shreya !
The cutoff for this year will be released later. However, last year's cut-off was - CAT - 85, XAT - 80, CMAT - 95.
