Akshay,
Last years' xat cut off was around 80%ile and Cmat 96%ile. You do have a good chance if the cut offs stay around the same for this year too.
All the best.

Last years' cut off for GIM - Cat 90%ile and Xat 80%ile.
Current scores qualify for the shortlists as the cut offs for this year is expected to be around the last years'.
For now I wish you all the best.

Rajesh Sir,
The Cut off for the last year of was around 96%ile for Cmat and 90%ile for Cat. The current scores seems to be low for the normal shortlisting but the GIM will be considering the complete profile as well if your daughter applied under achievers' round.

98%ile score is indeed a good score under Cmat and compared to our last years' cut off of 96%ile you have a good chance to get shortlisted at GIM.

Shyam,
NMIMS Bangalore is comparatively new while it carries the branding of NMIMS Mumbai.
While GIM is a standalone Bschool ranked amongst the top 20 bschools in India and is consistently moving up the ranks.
