JEE Advanced followed by JEE Main is the complete requirement. After the selection exams are over, JoSAA Counselling is conducted for seat allotment of BTech courses. The placements usually depends on your capabilities. Generally, the mass recruiting companies like TCS, Infosys, Wipro, etc., take a lot of students from the campus but if you're good with your coding skills and data structures then you can easily get into a good company with a package of around Rs 7-10 lakhs. BITS Goa Placements 2021 has been concluded with 91% placements.
