There is no particular subject for IAS. But, B.Sc, or BBA should be the choice. But again, you should have a backup plan. If you see according to backup plan then B.Tech will be the best. It all depends upon your interest.

IIT JEE (Mains+Advanced)
BITSAT
VITEE
And, if you belong to PCB, you should go for:
NEET
AIIMS.

The papers that you can give after your class 12th are:
IIT JEE (Mains+advanced)-related to all types of engineering.
BITSAT-relate to all types of engineering.
TOFAL-good paper if willing to go abroad.
SAT-gives you a lot of exposure.

Yes, you can pursue B.Tech with a minimum of 55% in your PUC, but remember that you needed really good score in the entrance exam in order to get into a top college.

You can most definitely take your NDA examination while in class 12th. If all goes well and you are selected, then you shall have to join the coveted academy in beginning of July the same year as your passing out of XII. Good luck.
