As you are determinate to success in UPSC exam, go for the graduation as per your interest subject. For cracking UPSC exam in easier way, BA Public Administration, B.A. History and cultural studies courses are very helpful.

If you think you can work hard, then you should. If not, then go for a local college.

You have to visit UPEC website (upsc.gov.in), then click on admit card, then click on e-admit cards for various examinations of UPSC. You can then click on 'download' under e-admit card link. The next step is click here under to download e-admit card section, The next click 'yes'. The e-admit card can be downloaded after entering the registration Id or roll number followed by DOB and captcha code.

You can choose any of them. Both will direct you to go for IIMs and also civil services, for that you should have to take a Bachelor's degree and then next take CAT and civil services. By taking Science, you could go for engineering, B.Sc. etc. , and if you go for Commerce, you could go for CA CMA, B.Com MBA etc.

That's a pretty good question. If you have decided your goal, you shouldn't go for some technical courses like engineering. Go for some courses which don't require much effort like B.Sc, BA etc. BA is something which is preferred by most of the aspirants since it gives an edge over one subject while you are preparing for civil service examination. My suggestion is to go for BA in history, civics or economics, because all these subject play an important role in civil service examination.
