Bank exam eligibility depends on different post. Which post exam u want to give. Eligibility for PO:-
Before applying for this post it is really necessary to check the eligibility criteria for this examination. A candidate must be 21-30 years of age while applying for Bank PO exam. Age relaxation of 5 years is given to candidates belonging to SC and ST. the candidates belonging to OBC categories are given an age relaxation of 3 years. It is difficult to pursue two courses at the same time especially when they are totally different from each other. See what you want to become in your life- an actress or an IAS officer and then do specialisation in that particular field.

It is nice to see that you want to be an IAS aspirant. IAS can be pursued by students from any stream, it is never restricted to any particular subject. But then it is always suggested for humanities graduates to pursue the same. As the IAS subjects are more about politics, sociology and other subjects, few of these are covered in BA degree. So it's quite good to have BA base for IAS exams. My perspective and my suggestion for you would be BA for a strong and healthy background for IAS studies.

In case of joining Indian Air Force and Indian Navy as Officers, there is no provision available for commerce student's right after 12th. They may join Indian Navy or IAF after graduation though.
Commerce stream students may join Indian Air Force as officers (in Ground Duty Branches) after graduation, by appearing for AFCAT examination.
