After your graduation, it is advised to take some employment and prepare via online sources so that you may get comfortable with the content and once you are sure for the exam, you may take a break. Such sources are available on Youtube.

The eyesight requirement for the post of officer in Indian army is mentioned below:
Uncorrected without glass 6/12
Corrected with glass 6/6
Limits of Myopia 3.5
Limits of Hypermetropia +2.5
Binocular vision III
Limits of Colour Perception I
1. A candidate should be able to read 6/6 in a distant vision chart with each eye with or without glasses. Myopia should not be more than 3.5D and hypermetropia not more than 3.5D including Astigmatism. For women candidates the minimum acceptable visual acuity are: Distant vision (corrected)better eye 6/6 worse 6/18, Myopia of not more than minus 5.5 including Astogination.
