To become an Income Tax Officer, one should first of all enter the Income Tax Department as Income Tax Inspector or Tax Assistant. Then they can get promotion to the designation of Income Tax Officer after qualifying the departmental examination. First step required for joining as Income Tax Inspector or Tax Assistant is to qualify Combined Graduate Level examination. I suggest you to complete 12th Board with good marks with little more dedication. It is a basic need to qualify for Defence Exams. Just try learning what are the weak points your not able to cope it up in the subject and focus on it. Your dreams are just way apart do your best to accomplish it. All the very best.

You will have to appear for AFCAT exam which is conducted by Air Force for both Technical Entry and Flying Branch. After clearing AFCAT, you will have to go through AFSB before you get recommended by them for the position that you have applied for.
The AFCAT exam is a 200-mark exam and a merit is decided each time. Candidates who manage to clear that merit are called for AFSB at some designated Air Force stations. Allahabad, Varanasi, Mysore etc. are common stations for AFSB.

I think you can't go for Navy, because the eligibility criteria says that you must have qualified your 10+2 examination with minimum 60% marks in aggregate with Maths & Physics from an Educational board recognized by Central/ State government. And also, in entrance for the same (written section) also includes Science section.
